How Does our POD Work?

During the construction of your web site and for a short time afterwards Lonsdale Media will sit with you and guide you thru all you need to know so you can best place your text and graphics onto your web site. We build this time into all our quotes and proposals so you won't get any surprises later on.

Local Clients

For local clients, you may visit us us over one or more sessions, either using our computers or bringing your own.   At that time Elise will demonstrate how to up load images and text to your web site and let you try the same actions your self, thus reinforcing what you're being taught. You also have the option of doing this over Skype if your busy schedule doesn't allow you the opportunity to visit in person.

Remote Clients

Don't worry, all is not lost. Elise and Kim have extensive experience in working with students online. We can speak to you over the phone or better still using Skype. Skype now provides you the opportunity to conduct a screen share so if you're in doubt over anything you're being taught, then Elise or Kim can simply show you what to do. In reverse, with your permission we can always see your screen and just monitor what you're doing so you can be sure you're not doing anything wrong.

Clients With Special Needs

No problems!!! Elise and Kim have extensive experience working with people using adaptive technologies such as screen readers and screen enlarges.   We are aware how differently the screen can be presented to the user under these conditions and will adapt our training for you accordingly.
